When planning your touring programme in Germany it is a good idea to sample a range of German food. There is plenty of choice for the non meat eaters!

Here is his comment after reading this article;

“Some things I would happily delete from the list, Currywurst – really? Labskaus – yuck! But I ask my mum to make Königsberger klopse every time I go home …”

German food is a natural to match with beer. This writers favourite snack is the springtime Weisspargel (white asparagus). The Germans really know how to grow and serve this sweet plant.
