SURFING IN HAWAII
Day 1 Australia – Oahu (B)
Depart Australia on you flight to Hawaii
Day 2 Waikiki (B)
Upon arrival in Oahu transfer to you hotel on Waikiki Beach. The rest of the day is free for you to explore Waikiki as a group.
1st night’s accommodation in Waikiki
Day 3 Waikiki (B)
This morning participate in your first 2 hour surfing lesson. Learn about surfing techniques but also water safety and etiquette. In the afternoon, take a 2 hour whale watch cruise.
2nd night’s accommodation in Waikiki
Day 4 Waikiki – Pearl Harbor (B)
This morning participate in your second 2 hour surfing lesson. In the afternoon visit Pearl Harbor and learn about the 1941attack. You also visit the Arizona Memorial Visitor Centre, the Punchbowl National Cemetery and the Iolani Palace.
3rd night’s accommodation in Waikiki
Day 5 Waikiki – Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park (B)
Spend the day at the Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park. Enjoy the different rides and slides and swim in the wave pool. Tansfer back to Waikiki in the afternoon and spend the rest of the day at the beach.
4th night’s accommodation in Waikiki
Day 6 Waikiki – Polynesian Cultural Centre (B,D)
This morning participate in your third 2 hour surfing lesson. In the afternoon transfer to the Polynesian Cultural Centre. Learn about the culture of 7 islands (Samoa, New Zealand, Fiji, Tahiti, Hawaii, the Marquises and Tonga). Enjoy a canoe trip. At night, attend a dinner night show “Horizon” featuring more than 100 performers.
5thnight’s accommodation in Waikiki
Day 7 Waikiki (B)
This morning participate in your fourth 2 hour surfing lesson. In the afternoon take an excursion which will take you to different water falls in Oahu Island includind Kapena Falls, Jackass Ginger Falls, Upside Down Waterfall. Also visit a bamboo rainforest.
6th night’s accommodation in Waikiki
Day 8 Waikiki (B)
This morning participate in your fifth 2 hour surfing lesson. In the afternoon, go to a local ranch and enjoy horse ridding.
7th night’s accommodation in Waikiki
Day 9 Oahu – Australia (B)
Transfer to Honolulu Airport for your flights to Australia
Day 10 Australia
Arrive Home to Australia
